Whenever you delete an email (say a junk mail), Outlook will put a "flag" in the email message and make it disappear in the Inbox folder. I think it may be a separate namespace issue. Again, just an observation, and doesn't diminish the fact that you're experiencing a problem where one hasn't before and possibly shouldn't exist. Cannot open the Outlook window.
