Rip the file to disk, close Shrink and open Nero manually to burn file.  Try IMGBurn for DVD's, its free and IMO much better than Nero. If shrink did not shrink enough, then shrink again or reauthor. If that works, you're done. Even the files created by the DVD Shrink program when loaded into Nero say they are too big for the disk and cannot be compressed.
