One file is much smaller than the others, if I send one (the others were created by doing a save as off of this file) would you be able to walk um. Ok,So I am assuming that this problem only occurs in that specific workbook. Additionally, when I reopen the file and go back into VB editor the above VB code is still there. You could try to set your macro security to medium to see if it prompts you at the point of opening the file...this should catch any code I believe.

Right click on the XL icon in the upper left hand corner of the Excel window beside the File menu option. I have imported some sheets from a file created by another person, and I suspect that the problem comes from there.
