This really isn’t an Outlook error, it’s a browser error, but most users will discover it when they click on a link in an Outlook email message. Did you install Sharepoint or any other IIS based site on the Exchange server as well? I would stop focusing on SSL and just try to fix the problem. Call in a professional to fix it, something you should have done a couple of weeks ago.

I'm guessing an update is behind the problems but i don't know which one. I am happy to say that the upgrade to SP2 has fixed the OWA issue!
