It should now be enabled, as the video card can display lots of modes but the monitor tells it which it can and cant using its own driver and if that I am running Vista on a Samsung NC10. As the thread title says, the box to untick to enable the monitor to display in resolutions that it does not support seems to be greyed out. Does anyone knows what this option means? 'hide modes that monitor cannot display', You can see it when you right click on your desktop and go to monitor options.
