I think it's an iis problem, as even if I just type type fhe servers ip address now (forgetting owa), I get a web page back stating 'site under construction' which This means the problem is one of user rights (permissions), yet Patricia's response suggests that the problem is one of basic network connectivity. To re-cap: Internal e-mail works Internal access to OWA works The default website works Outlook Mobile Access works Outlook Web Access is the only one offline.
