Did you follow all the steps as described in http://www.pablosoftwaresolutions.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=76 2. Please use a regular FTP client (like FTP Wanderer, Cute FTP or FileZilla) to make connections to the server, so it will be easier to analyse the problem. also when your logging in, don't forget to specify your domain e.g. Keep getting same error message from server and workstation, in windows explorer and IE.
